**Key Responsibilities**:
**Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to students with special needs.**

**Support the implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).**

**Modify classroom materials to meet students' learning needs.**

**Assist students with daily routines, behavioral support, and academic tasks.**

**Maintain records of student progress and challenges.**

**Collaborate with class teachers, therapists, and parents for coordinated care.**

**Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.**

**Encourage independence, social interaction, and confidence among students.**

**Attend team meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.**

**Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies at all times.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's degree (preferably in Special Education, Psychology, or related fields)**

**Certification in Special Education (preferred)**

**Prior experience working with children with special needs (ASD, ADHD, LD, etc.)**

**Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills**

**Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
