**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, design, and produce high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Managemen**t**: Manage social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and consistent brand messaging. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and engaging manner.
- **Campaign Development**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and increase followers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns. Provide regular reports on metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the company’s social media presence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and campaign success.
- **Community Building**: Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to feedback, and encouraging positive interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Fresher/Intern**
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing and production.
- Understanding of data analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
