**Role**:
Architect Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop design concepts and detailed architectural plans for various projects.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Research and integrate sustainable design practices into projects.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch.) or related field.

**Skills**:

- Creative and innovative design thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable and green building designs.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Work Experience**:

- Fresher/Intern (Interns with 1yr experience will have added advantage)

**Location**:
Sec 71, Gurgaon

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
