We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Job Description**:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
- Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components
- Reporting & Extracts
- OTBI
- BIP
- HCM Extract
- Data Migration
- HDL
- SHDL
- Fast Formulas
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as a technical owner
- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Architect technical solutions and develops proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
- Advanced technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
