- Responsible to Repair electronics devices properly and should complete work on time.
- Checked the quality of all wires, crimp quality of finished wire harness (Scooter, Battery & Swap Station) with drawings and specifications.
- Records inspection results on quality check sheets in an accurate and timely manner and completing assigned work as planned schedule.
- Communicate to your engineer for all the smallest errors that comes during quality checks and following Engineer's instructions and attending meetings regularly.
- Issuing the harness on sampling basis from electrical store according to daily quality checks limit.
- Perform testing to ensure assembled wire harnesses will perform correctly and Troubleshoot rework/repair wire harness assemblies as necessary.
- Assemble and solder required electrical components and wire harness and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Tagging the harness found faulty in quality checks and informing to engineer along with the documents.
- Work in different areas of the production floor when production demand dictates.
- To test and repair various vehicle electronic and assist new employees and train them to maintain production levels and efficiency.

**Skills Required**:

- Someone who is able to take up the responsibilities of the dynamic work and be curious enough to work out obstacles, find one or the other ways to solve it out.
