We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary **Principal** for one of our client "CBSE-affiliated school". The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily management, curriculum implementation, and the overall academic and administrative operations of the school. The Principal should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of CBSE standards, and a passion for fostering a conducive learning environment for both students and faculty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and execute educational programs and ensure the CBSE curriculum is implemented effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all CBSE guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Promote a culture of excellence, high academic standards, and student engagement.
**2. Curriculum and Academic Excellence**:
- Develop and implement a robust curriculum aligned with CBSE standards and guidelines.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement in teaching methods and learning outcomes.
- Organize staff training and professional development programs.
- Oversee student assessments, exams, and ensure timely reporting of academic progress.
**3. Administration and Policy Development**:
- Develop and enforce school policies and procedures related to student behavior, academic performance, and school events.
- Manage and allocate resources for the school's academic, extracurricular, and operational needs.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including ensuring effective use of resources.
- Maintain records of academic progress, attendance, and other school operations.
**4. Student Affairs**:
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.
- Monitor and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians on the academic and overall development of students.
- Organize extracurricular activities, school events, and field trips.
**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Represent the school in meetings with the CBSE, education boards, and external agencies.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Actively engage in school marketing, promotions, and admissions efforts to maintain or increase enrollment.
**Requirements**:
**1. Educational Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. (desirable).
- A valid professional teaching qualification and certification.
**2. Experience**:
- **Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in a CBSE-affiliated school only.**:
- Proven track record of academic excellence and effective school management.
- Experience in curriculum development, student counseling, and school operations.
**3. Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, teaching methodologies, and educational policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
