**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Instruction**: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in AI and Computer Science for Classes IX-X & XI-XII, covering programming, algorithms, data structures, AI fundamentals, and applied projects.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student understanding through quizzes, assignments, coding projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Ensure alignment of lessons with CBSE curriculum, school standards, and emerging trends in AI and Computer Science.
- **Student Support**: Provide one-on-one guidance for students struggling with technical concepts and mentor advanced learners in coding or AI projects.
- **Integration & Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI and technology projects into school activities and competitions.
- **Innovation & Awareness**: Keep students updated on latest developments in AI and computing, promoting ethical use of technology and digital responsibility.

- **Student Feedback**: 80% positive feedback from students through structured feedback forms.
- **Parent’s Feedback**: 80% positive feedback from parents gathered via periodic surveys.
- **Syllabi Completion**: 100% of the prescribed syllabus to be covered and documented in the syllabi format.
- **Improvement of All Students**: Each student should demonstrate at least a 10% improvement from the first to subsequent internal assessments.
- **Academic Performance**: At least 50% of students should score above 75% in internal exams and board assessments.

**Skills**

Expertise in AI, programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), data structures, algorithms, computational thinking, student engagement, problem-solving, and project-based learning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- B.Ed. or teaching experience preferred.
- Experience teaching AI, coding, and Computer Science to secondary and senior secondary students is highly desirable.
