**Experience**: 4+ Years

**Shift**:Monday to Friday (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST)

**Qualification**: BBA, BSC, BE/BTech, MBA

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition.

**2. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management**:

- Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

**3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation**:

- Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target high-value B2B prospects.
- Optimize inbound lead generation campaigns, integrating SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

**4. Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance.
- Leverage marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to extract insights and drive informed decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on key marketing metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

**Required Skills**:

- 7+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or IT company.
- Experience of working for a IT Services company for US Markets shall be preferred
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, marketing automation and ABM strategies.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality B2B leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
