We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Packaging Employee to join our team. As a Packaging Employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are properly packaged and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in delivering the best products to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Packaging**:Accurately and efficiently package products according to company standards.
Ensure that all packaging materials are clean and in good condition.
Follow packaging instructions and guidelines provided by the supervisor.
Pay close attention to product quantity and quality while packaging.

**Quality Control**:Inspect products for any defects or issues before packaging.
Report any damaged or substandard products to the supervisor.
Maintain high standards of quality throughout the packaging process.

**Inventory Management**:Assist in maintaining inventory records related to packaging materials.
Notify the supervisor when packaging supplies need to be replenished.
Keep the packaging area organized and tidy.

**Safety and Compliance**:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the packaging area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Use safety equipment and tools as required.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Work together to meet production and packaging targets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packaging or a similar role is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical fitness, as the role may require lifting and moving packages.
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to adhere to safety and quality standards.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: Rs.7000-8500 Per Month

**Benefits**: Overtime Pay, Provided Fund

**Schedule**: 9:30am-7:30pm

**Salary**: ₹7,500.87 - ₹9,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
