To supervise/ recheck the duty of HCT DUTY of Diet tallying with diet sheet before feeding
- Supervision Food collection from Pantry and resending it to PANTRY within 15 min of lunch time by assigned HCT.
- RT positioning checking before RT feed every time
- To be on the floor assigned at all the times and arrange a replacement even if going for freshening / nature call/ food.
- Food timings to be mentioned
- To explain every scratch, wound, mark from admission till discharge
- To document every mark with photo on arrival of every patient along with
- Official handing Over and Takeover - BEDSIDE WITH HANDOVER BOOK
- Floor Head Nurse to be assigned responsible for every act, through all shifts
- ANY INICIDENT - SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR IT WITH HCT
- To attend compulsorily once in two weeks medical ops meeting with Nursing manager, Facility Head, Chief Medical Officer
- Assistance in OPD with CMO - as per requirement and free schedule during day hours, for vitals taking and blood sampling and sending for lab.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
