**Shift Timing: Night Shift (10PM to 8PM)**

**Job Type - Onsite**

**Salary - 10,000 - 15,000 (Excl. Night Bonus)**

**Job Responsibilities:

- Resolve complaints and issues promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers for resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information in the database.

**Education:

**Any graduate with CBSE or ICSE background.**

**Skills:

- **
- Excellent English Communication is a must.
- Has MS-Excel or MS-Word knowledge
- Attention to details.
