**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum

clients, and support day-to-day office activities including documentation, data entry, and

coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
**Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls.

**Back Office Duties**:

- Data entry and record keeping.
- Maintain and organize documents (soft & hard copies).
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum qualification: Graduate.**
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
