**Job Title: Graphic Designer (Fresher)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated **Graphic Designer (Fresher) **to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create designs that captivate audiences and promote our brand effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Work on brand identity design projects (logos, typography, and corporate identity).
- Maintain consistency in designs and ensure that brand guidelines are followed.
- Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design and basic understanding of web design principles.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
- Passion for creative work and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
