Sales Coordinator Executive - Full-Time

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator Executive** who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and Excel-savvy. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and admissions team by managing data, coordinating communication, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and manage student admissions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments for seamless operations
- Prepare performance dashboards and regular reports using **Advanced Excel**:

- Follow up on leads and assist with data collection and communication
- Assist in organizing and streamlining daily sales activities

**Who We're Looking For**

We’re searching for someone who’s not just organized but also proactive and a great communicator. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency is a must)
- Are proficient in **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Can multitask and handle coordination responsibilities efficiently
- Are a quick learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Are a strong team player with keen attention to detail

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- **Freshers** with strong Excel skills and a passion for coordination are welcome to apply
