**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive hospitality training programs, including but not limited to customer service, food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office operations, and hospitality management.
- Create engaging training materials and modules that cater to diverse learning styles and educational backgrounds.
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and a solid understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees, helping them to improve and achieve their full potential.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training curriculum and outcomes.

Maintain records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baruipur, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
