**Job Summary**:
The PCG Advisor is responsible for providing tailored financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. They develop and manage client relationships, understand clients' financial goals, and provide strategies to manage wealth effectively. The role combines client service, financial planning, investment management, and business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- **Wealth Management**: Develop customized wealth management strategies, including investment planning, asset allocation, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- **Financial Planning**: Work with clients to create comprehensive financial plans that address short
- and long-term goals.
- **Investment Advisory**: Provide advice on investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and portfolio diversification to optimize client assets.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with financial markets, economic trends, and relevant regulations to ensure clients receive informed advice.
- **Business Development**: Prospect and acquire new clients to grow the advisor’s book of business.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other professionals, including estate planners, attorneys, and accountants, to ensure clients receive holistic financial advice.
- **Client Education**: Regularly educate clients on their investments and market conditions to foster a deeper understanding of their portfolios.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and investment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in financial planning software, portfolio management tools, and Microsoft Office.
