**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

The Sales Person will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting outfits, managing rentals, and delivering a memorable shopping experience. You will be the face of our studio, ensuring clients feel welcomed and well-guided as they browse our collection. This role requires excellent customer service, a keen eye for style, and a passion for making every client feel special.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs and preferences
- Assist clients in selecting outfits, suggesting options based on the occasion and their style
- Explain rental policies, pricing, and rental procedures clearly and accurately
- Ensure fitting rooms are prepared and provide styling assistance during fittings
- Process transactions and handle rental paperwork efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio and displays
- Track inventory and coordinate returns, ensuring items are in perfect condition
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any rental issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and studio objectives

**Requirements**:

- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in fashion or bridal wear
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of wedding trends
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for managing transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak bridal seasons as needed
