**Who we are looking for**

To troubleshoot and support employees with their IT related problems. Own issues from start to finish and escalate to Team lead when required.

**Why this role is important to us**

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Associate Administrator you will
- Plan, prioritize and schedule help desk activities to ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time
- Work on Projects assigned to you
- Writing up new Documentation for new software, tools, or solutions to common ticket issues.
- Help Manage the inventory of all IT assets to include hardware and software
- Learn and implement department policies, procedures, and technical areas related to process and procedures
- Help maintain clear and concise Web-based Self-Help/FAQ documentation that empowers end-users to self-resolve common issues

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- A BA/BS degree required in Computer Science, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and also has the strong desire to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated practical, hands-on, “can-do” approach, and the ability to work efficiently and creatively
