Asset and Configuration Auditor

Typical responsibilities may include data mining, trend analysis, metric and report production, process maturity and compliance assessment, process flow charting, and iterative process activities (e.g. validity checks, change reviews, data quality checks, process reviews,).
- May engage with stakeholders for process development, implementation, and support.
- Provides training coordination and support to the user community.
- Coordinates business-as-usual and ad hoc activities to improve service and/or reduce cost.
- Drafts process requirements, reviews and discusses functional requirements with senior members of the team, validates solutions, participates in testing, and participates in process rollouts for simple or components of a large enhancement.
- May act as escalation point for functional team or business unit.
- Coordinates small projects with guidance from management.
- Uses requirements traceability principles and change control processes in execution of daily responsibilities.
- May provide routine status updates and/or coordinate reoccurring meetings
- May interact with stakeholders (possibly international), team members, and management within or across organizations for the purpose of communication, collaboration, and influencing.
- Recommends process and tool improvements.
- Ensures that documented requirements meet quality standards.
- Assists in defining, developing, and coaching others in best practices for requirements gathering and management.
