**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Meeting with clients for discussion and understanding specifications.
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Create working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team.
- Have practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V ray, Photoshop, 3DS Max
- Lead design projects and take responsibility throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with site executives for the practicality and accessibility of the design.
- Research and suggest on materials and products sourcing.
- Keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the successful completion of the project.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of Design tools (CAD, Sketchup, Vray/Lumion)
- Working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, PPT presentation
- Should know how to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project design

**Should hold expertise in-**
- Concept design (layout, mood boards, style, theme boards)
- Technical design (material drawing, production drawing and drawing presentation)
- Understanding how modular design works (details, limitations of modular etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
