Water Sprinkler Operator

**Job Summary**:
Minsol Limited is hiring a reliable and experienced Water Sprinkler Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. The role involves operating water sprinkler vehicles to manage dust suppression and maintain site roads as per operational and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate water sprinkler vehicles safely and efficiently across project areas for dust control and road surface maintenance.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks for brakes, hydraulic systems, water pumps, nozzles, lights, and fuel levels.
- Follow assigned sprinkling routes and schedules as instructed by site supervisors.
- Ensure even water distribution on haul roads, working areas, and dumping zones.
- Maintain operational records such as trip logs, fuel consumption, and daily usage reports.
- Report any breakdowns, malfunctions, or operational issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during work.
- Perform minor cleaning and routine upkeep of the vehicle as necessary.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience operating water sprinklers in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
- Good knowledge of safe driving practices, dust suppression procedures, and on-site operational guidelines.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of vehicle maintenance preferred.
