**Job Title**: Furniture Retail Store Floor Supervisor
**Location**: Makarba, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: 15,000 - 22,000
**Experience**: Fresher or Experienced

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about furniture.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and ensure the showroom is visually appealing.
- Train, motivate, and guide the sales team for excellent performance.
- Ensure the team meets sales targets and provide customer service support.
- Handle customer complaints or queries and ensure prompt resolution.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate (any stream)
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products is a plus (training will be provided).
- **Experience**: Fresher or 1-2 years in retail or sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
