**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven **Telesales Executives** to join our dynamic Ed-Tech sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential students/learners, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company.
- Explain course features, benefits, and pricing to potential students.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Maintain daily call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead status.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently.
- Coordinate with the academic or support team for smooth onboarding of students.
- Maintain knowledge of all current courses and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (Ed-Tech preferred).
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
