**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate sublimation and/or UV printers for printing on phone cases (TPU, polycarbonate, silicone, etc.).
- Ensure proper colour matching, resolution, and print quality.
- Prepare artwork files and coordinate with the design team for printing readiness.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printers to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot common printing issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies like inks, coatings, and blanks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production and QC teams to ensure consistency and reduce defects.
- Suggest improvements in processes or materials to increase productivity or quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in sublimation or UV printing, preferably in phone case or mobile accessory manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of printing equipment (e.g., Epson, Roland, Mimaki, etc.).
- Knowledge of file preparation (basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Coreldraw skills).
- Familiarity with different materials used in phone cases and their printability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in mass customisation or print-on-demand operations.
- Experience with automation or semi-automatic printing lines.
- Understanding of colour calibration and ICC profiles.
