**Job Description: Store Incharge**
**Location**: Chaichun, Darjeeling
**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 per month

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishments.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Ensure the store meets its sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries/complaints professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting products and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and guide store staff (if applicable) to achieve productivity and customer service goals.
- Train staff on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper documentation of sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and basic knowledge of accounting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per hour
