We're now expanding our team in India and seeking a dedicated **Product Quality & Reliability Assurance Lead** to drive product excellence.

**Role Summary**

As the Product QA & Reliability Lead, you’ll take ownership of the QA lifecycle — from defining testing strategy to leading the team. Your mission: ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance for our users.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the full software testing lifecycle — planning, execution, defect tracking
- Build and manage a high-performing QA team
- Review and validate business requirements, use cases, and test coverage
- Establish automation frameworks and define quality metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
- Own and improve QA processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Participate in UAT and feedback cycles

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- **7+ years** of QA experience, with **3+ years in a leadership role**:

- **Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile practices, DevOps, and SDLC/STLC**:

- Experience with microservices, multi-tenant **SaaS systems, and ERP platforms**:

- Hands-on experience with tools like **Selenium, Postman, JIRA, SQL**:

- Expertise in functional, automation, regression, performance, and mobile testing
- Experience with **TDD, BDD, and CI/CD pipelines**:

- Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with open-source tools and performance testing
- Experience testing 3rd-party integrations (e.g., payments, APIs)
- Passion for pets and pet care tech
