Atm Officer

Job Description:
- Responsible for end to end process of ATM Replenishment for assigned route and reports should be submitted to office.
- Responsible for attending FLM/SLM calls and close within given TAT.
- Responsible to maintain/prepare all records as per Cash Indent.
- Responsible for guide ATM route crew for smooth operation.
- Capture cards and deposit submitted by customer in ATM & drop box.
- Responsible for ensuring that below activities should be done in presence of both ATM Custodian of single assigned route:

- Cash receive from Vault as per bank indent.
- Cash loading in ATM.
- Handing over the remained cash to vault/Bank after completion the ATM Route.
- Responsible for ensuring that ATM password combinations should be kept with both ATM Custodian separately don’t share with anyone.
- Responsible for ensuring that in case of ATM Custodian change or if on leave than ATM password should be change.
- Responsible for reporting to Supervisor for any Switch differences/ shortage / counter difference / Overage from ATM Site.
- Responsible for tallying physical cash with switch counter and ATM machine counter.
- Responsible for custody of handed over all cash from Vault office/Bank.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
