**Qualifications**:
**M.Sc., PhD, in Medical Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Allied Health Sciences/ Genetics., MDS, MS.**

**Required Skills Any**:
Writing review articles, research articles, meta-analysis articles, statistics, Scientific drawings by Photoshop/ Photopea, idea development, Molecular docking, Molecular simulations, Bioinformatics techniques, and Proficiency in English.

Applicants should have their laptop, should be able to receive calls from the company at any time, should be able to manage their internet data bills, and should be able to complete the given work within the time limit.

Applicants should know about Scopus, Pubmed, Google Scholar, SciHub and other article-retrieving databases to write biomedical articles for journals.

**Publications**:
At least 5 articles should have been published in Scopus-indexed journals, You Should be able to write articles and communicate with the journals, correct the raised questions by the reviewers and reply to them, and handle the process until publishing the articles.

**Restrictions**:
Should not use AI chatbots or softwares such as GPT3, GPT4, ChatGPT, Wordtune, Quillbot, Grammarly Premium Version etc. for writing articles, generating data or any kind of actions related to the company.

**Salary/ Income**:
Income is based on article (around 20-30 pages).

15 Page article: Rs. 3,000 - Rs.6,000

25-30 Page article: Rs. 5000 - Rs. 10000

It may increase or decrease based on the quality of your work in the article.

**Payment Procedure**:
The content should be Plagiarism and AI-free and all the manuscripts/ articles will be checked through various infringement detection tools unique and Human written without AI assistance with good quality articles will get paid.

**Selection Procedure**:
4. A frequent update within every 3-6 days should be given to the company, every article will be monitored by the company to detect AI usage and Plagiarism in the articles, If anyone is found to use AI in the articles, they will not be selected for the position.

**Note**:
1. We need human intelligence but not Artificial intelligence.
