**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in **Physical, Organic, or Inorganic Chemistry** for NEET aspirants.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, focusing on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and presentations tailored to the NEET syllabus.
- **Content Development**:

- Create high-quality study materials, practice questions, and mock tests aligned with NEET patterns.
- Design assignments, worksheets, and test papers at varying difficulty levels for continuous evaluation.
- Update teaching content regularly to align with NEET syllabus changes.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses to provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students grasp all concepts thoroughly.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and reduce exam-related stress.
- **Assessment & Analysis**:
