**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, and produce **motion graphics, animations, and video content** for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
- Create visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects using **Adobe After Effects**.
- Work on **3D motion graphics and VFX integration** to enhance storytelling.
- Design and adapt visual elements using **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator**.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and video editing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of proven experience in **motion graphics and video editing**.
- Strong command over **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Hands-on experience with **3D motion graphics and VFX (Cinema4D, Blender, or equivalent preferred)**.
- Strong sense of **visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition**.
- Ability to **edit videos with proper pacing, sound, and storytelling flow**.
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound synchronization is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**
- Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Figma, InDesign).
- Experience in creating content for **social media platforms, ads, and brand campaigns**.
- Familiarity with **motion tracking, green screen keying, and compositing**.
- Understanding of **3D animation pipelines**.
