Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute comprehensive media relations strategies designed to amplify brand visibility and enhance its reputation.

2. Foster and cultivate relationships with key media contacts, distinguished journalists, revered influencers, and pivotal stakeholders.

3. Undertake comprehensive media coverage monitoring, engendering insightful analysis to refine and optimize the efficacy of PR endeavors.

4. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the organization, identifying potential issues or crises and providing strategic recommendations.

5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce captivating visual designs.

6. Develop **graphics **for various mediums, including digital platforms, presentations, social media, and print materials.

7. Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across all design projects.
8. Translate complex ideas into visually engaging graphics that effectively convey key messages.
9. Craft persuasive and impactful written **content **for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
10. Develop engaging narratives that align with our brand's mission and values.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

Skills and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in media relations, graphic design, and content writing roles.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and channels.
4. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting impactful messages.

6. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with media professionals, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.

7. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
9. Proficient in using PR software and tools for media monitoring and measurement.
