Revenue Accounting Supervisor-fin

Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Create, validate and process standard and non-standard contracts in compliance with Oracle’s business practices
- Liaise with various internal processes to resolve contractual issues
- Engage and work closely with sales teams to execute the contract in accordance with customer’s intent
- First contact point for all queries and escalations
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the business operations team
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning and implementing strategies on a day-to-day basis.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Identify hiring needs and work with recruitment team to fill open positions
- Evaluate training needs within the team and work towards improving skillset metrics
- Set timely goals for the team members, evaluate performance, conduct regular 1:1’s

**Additional responsibilities include -**
- Distributing workload within the team
- Responsible to maintain various data pertaining to quality, training and others, arising out of business / operations’ needs
- Participates in innovation within the teams and creates an innovative working environment
- Acknowledges, applies and promotes within the team the Company policies, procedures and processes as defined at Company/Line of Business /Department Levels
