**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify key target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
