**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze business process requirements and design end-to-end workflow solutions.
- Handle workflow administration, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot workflow-related issues, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into efficient workflow solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum **5+ years of hands-on experience** in workflow design and implementation.
- Strong expertise in **workflow tools** (e.g., SAP Business Workflow, ServiceNow Workflow, BPM, or similar).
- Proficiency in **ABAP / scripting / automation tools** (if SAP workflow).
- Experience in **workflow error handling, debugging, and performance tuning**.
- Knowledge of **integration with other systems/modules**.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Good to Have**
- Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
