- **Position: Senior Graphic Designer**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Conceptualize and design brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital & print assets for a diverse range of clients._
- _Develop engaging social media creatives, website visuals, packaging designs, UI/UX elements, and presentation decks._
- _Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy._
- _Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across different platforms._
- _Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and motion design teams to create cohesive campaigns._
- _Stay updated with global design trends, typography, color theory, and branding innovations._
- _Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines._
- _Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback._
- **Required skills and experience**:_
- _2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or branding studio._
- _Strong visual storytelling, branding, and conceptualization skills._
- _Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)._
- _Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles._
- _Knowledge of print and digital design, including marketing collateral, social media, and UI/UX elements._
- _Ability to create modern, innovative, and visually striking designs._
- _Experience working on packaging design, brand guidelines, and campaign rollouts is a plus._
- _Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)._
- _Strong time management & communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions._
