- **Team Management**: Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- **Vendor Management**: Managing relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to IT systems and data.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks related to IT systems and data security.
