Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in

place for every critical operation.
- Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies.
- Prepare and file GST returns and TDS statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits of financial records for both manufacturing and service sectors, ensuring

adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate the filing of tax audits (3CA & 3CB), ensuring compliance with statutory

requirements and timelines.
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of GST and TDS payments.
- Utilize Tally and Zoho accounting software proficiently for maintaining accurate financial

records and generating reports.
- Conduct thorough aging analysis of debtors and creditors, monitoring outstanding balances and

facilitating timely payments and collections.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, ensuring compliance in all

financial transactions.
- Prepare and file GSTR 9 or 9C forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness in annual GST return

filings.
- Oversee the proper finalization of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and

Loss Statement, Monthly Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance as a basic qualification.
- Undergoing CA articleship would be highly preferable.
- Preferably worked in a startup environment/IT industry.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
