**Urgently Hiring: Graphic Designer**

**Job Role: Graphic Designer**

Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic

environment.

Key Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Generative AI Tools

Education: Intermediate

Languages: Hindi and English

Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Location: Manesar, Gurugram (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop a wide range of creative assets, including

pages, print ads, event materials, and exhibition designs.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand

guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Innovate while ensuring precision in

designs, balancing creative flair with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and

other teams to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and business

goals.
- Project Ownership: Manage design projects from concept to completion,

presenting design concepts for team feedback and approval.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance design processes and

outcome with tools and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques,

and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous

improvement.
- Final Design Production: Collaborate with teams to produce final designs,

ensuring all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI and generative tools to enhance design work,

making the process faster and more efficient.
- Design Fundamentals: Demonstrate a strong understanding of design

principles, including visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout,

and composition.
- Communication and Collaboration: Present ideas and concepts clearly to

both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering effective

collaboration.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, delivering

high-quality results.
- Presentation Decks: Create and design presentation decks for both internal

and external use.
- Marketing Support: Assist in other marketing and communication activities

as needed.
- Vendor Management: Find and manage outsourced vendors for specific

design requirements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
