**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using tools like **OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar**.
- Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) to meet specific business needs.
- Work on prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to integrate AI solutions into scalable production systems.
- Perform experimentation, optimization, and validation of GenAI model performance.
- Prepare documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 7 years of total experience**, with strong exposure to AI/ML and at least **2-3 years in GenAI or LLM-related work**.
- Proficiency in **Python**, and frameworks such as **PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, or LangChain**.
- Experience with **cloud platforms** like Azure (especially Azure OpenAI), AWS, or GCP for AI deployments.
- Understanding of **Vector Databases** (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and **embedding techniques**.
- Solid grasp of NLP concepts, semantic search, and model interpretability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,100,000.00 per year
