Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to internal employees & other location employees via remote support.
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Performing regular security tests and security monitoring.
- Maintaining networks and network file systems
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Should knowledge in Kaspersky anti virus portal
- Should strong knowledge in CCTV troubleshooting, playback & backup.
- should strong knowledge in Network printer installation & troubleshooting.
- One drive adding users modifying user permissions & support.
- experience with IT purchase, rental & servicing.
- good experience with IT budget, generation & approval coordination.
- Good experience with ERP user creation, assigning user rights, masters entry.
- Experience with virtual meeting (zoom,teams & etc)
- Experience with UPS, AMC, software license, domain, internet,data card renewal etc.
- experience with networking unmanaged switch,cat 6 crimping, I/O punching & troubleshooting
- experience with config wifi Access point & routers.
- QC related Backups daily etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
