**Designation**:Warehouse executive
**Department**:Operations
**Reporting to**: Pavan Reddy (Operations Manager)
**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**- Receive Orders from e-commerce portals and process the orders accordingly
- Organise the products and arrange for delivery as per dispatch schedule

**Warehouse Management**
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of debris, which is crucial for safety and efficiency
- Assist in organizing and tidying up inventory storage areas to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are done in compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist other warehouse staff with general tasks as needed, such as moving items or setting up for incoming shipments.
- Collect and dispose of trash, packaging materials, and any other waste generated in the warehouse
- Unloading of items received
- Checking of received materials - for quantity against PO and challan
- Checking of received material for quality and quantity
- Ensuring that the unloaded materials are correctly stored
- Making entries of daily received materials in sheets
- Checking & forwarding the received bills against PO and forwarding the same to accounts for payments
- Making material outward entries in system
- Ensuring rejected materials are handed over to vendor
- Ensuring warehouse is well organised

**Production**
- Ensure that the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets quality standards
- Ensuring production runs as per plan
- Address any issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or delays in the supply chain.

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure incoming materials, outgoing materials are as per specifications
- Ensure production is running as per set standards
- Assign batch numbering of products
- Updating QC checklist document daily

**Dispatch Management And Deliveries**
- Ensure all orders are picked correctly from system as well as warehouse and updated accordingly
- Packing is done as per delivery schedules and orders
- Delivering the orders as per the schedule and instructions
