As a Sales Associate at Silver World, you will be the face of our showroom, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect silver jewellery pieces that match their style and budget, provide detailed product knowledge, and help achieve sales targets. Your role is crucial in building lasting customer relationships and maintaining the showroom’s inviting and organized appearance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable silver jewellery pieces.
- Provide detailed information about silver jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and care.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including product selection, pricing, and payment.
- Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, showroom promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and showroom cleanliness.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the showroom as required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Good product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain showroom aesthetics.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically.
