**Job brief**

A professional Database Administrator (DBA) will keep the database up and running smoothly. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

**Responsibilities**
- Migration Strategy, Configure And Maintain Database Servers, Processes and Instances.
- Managing SQL Server Agent.
- Implementing Clustered Instance.
- Resolving Concurrency.
- Audit of SQL Server/Databases.
- Backup Strategy, Restoring Databases.
- Implementing and Maintaining Indexes.
- Importing\Exporting Data.
- Managing Logins and Server Roles.
- Managing User and Database roles.
- Monitoring CPU,RAM, IO Utilization Across Instances.
- Identifying RCA Resolve Issues.
- Identify Deadlock, Blocking.
- Identify Expensive Queries In Terms Of High CPU RAM I/O Utilization.
- Monitor System's Health and Performance.
- Policy Creation Across Instances.
- Provide 24x7 Support For Critical Production Systems.
- LogShipipng, High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL.
- Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding.
- Familiarity with programming languages API.
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.

**Qualification**
- BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc (CS, IT), DBA related certification is preferable.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1-5 years
