**Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, and brand storytelling, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to suggest content improvements.
- Support campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to maintain brand consistency. Basic Knowledge of Canva is mandatory.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Assist in running paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) under guidance. ( will be an add-on.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.( BCA, MCA, Btech, Mtech are not eligible)
- 6 Months -1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field (internships count).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Notion) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
