**Role Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team for organizing and conducting health camps in local communities. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential healthcare services and promoting health awareness among community members. This is an excellent opportunity for B.Sc Nursing students and individuals with ECG training to gain practical experience and contribute to the well-being of underserved populations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and setting up health camps in various locations, including rural areas and urban slums.
- Provide basic healthcare services such as blood pressure monitoring, temperature checks, and BMI measurements to camp attendees.
- Conduct ECG tests for individuals as per the guidelines provided and ensure accurate recording of results.
- Assist healthcare professionals in administering vaccinations and medication to camp participants.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of patient demographics, medical history, and services provided during the health camps.
- Collaborate with other volunteers and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of services.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and ethical standards while interacting with patients and handling medical equipment.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to healthcare service delivery and community outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree program in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)
- Proficiency in conducting ECG tests and interpreting results is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on community health.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and collaborate with fellow volunteers and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the scheduling needs of health camps.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare protocols.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
