**HVAC Technician - DS Air Conditioner**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and longevity.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and provide repair solutions to restore functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems using specialized tools and testing equipment.
- Conduct performance tests and system checks to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide recommendations to clients for improving energy efficiency and system performance.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and proposed solutions in a clear, understandable manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
- Relevant certification in HVAC or refrigeration (EPA Certification preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple service calls, and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and local HVAC codes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, handle equipment, and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
