**. Production Management**
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

**3. Quality Control**
- Ensure that all products meet quality specifications.
- Coordinate with the QC/QA team to handle defects or deviations.

**4. Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce workplace health and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**5. Equipment & Maintenance**
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Report machinery breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) on the production floor.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Provide daily/weekly performance updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
