**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the SMO team to develop creative concepts and strategies to enhance our working performance.
- Design eye-catching graphics, images, infographics, and videos optimized for various social media platforms.
- Create visually stunning layouts and templates for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with written content and marketing objectives.
- Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the overall social media marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with specialization in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their features, and design specifications.
- Knowledge of best practices for optimizing graphics for social media, including aspect ratios, file formats, and file sizes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving social media trends and implement them in design strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
