The Marketing Executive at the Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND) will be responsible for driving outreach efforts and building relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, paediatricians, general physicians, neurologists, and psychiatrists. This role requires proactive engagement with medical practitioners to promote IND's services and offerings related to neurodevelopmental wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Engagement**: Conduct regular visits to doctors' clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities across Kolkata (south, north, central) to establish and maintain professional relationships. Present IND's services and educational resources to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits for their patients and practices.
- **Networking**: Expand IND's network of contacts within the medical community by attending relevant events, conferences, and seminars. Identify key opinion leaders and influencers in paediatric, neurology, and psychiatry fields to collaborate on educational initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate healthcare professionals about IND's offerings, including diagnostic assessments, therapy services, educational programmes, and resources for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Provide detailed information on service features, benefits, and referral pathways.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with doctors, paediatricians, and other allied healthcare professionals through regular communication and follow-up. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
- **Market Insights**: Gather market intelligence and feedback from healthcare professionals to inform IND's marketing strategies, product development initiatives, and service enhancements. Identify emerging trends, patient needs, and competitive dynamics in the neurodevelopmental healthcare space.
- **Goal Achievement**: Work towards achieving predetermined sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives set by the organisation. Develop and implement strategic action plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in alignment with organisational priorities.
- **Community Outreach**: Collaborate with local preschools, educational institutions, and community organisations to raise awareness about neurodevelopmental disorders and available support services. Participate in awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach events to engage with parents and caregivers.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience working as a medical representative or marketing executive in the healthcare industry, preferably in Kolkata. Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships with doctors and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of paediatric, general medicine, neurology, and psychiatry domains, with a deep understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and patient care practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle for daily field visits and mobility across Kolkata.
