Our company is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience. Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Diploma required
- Physically capable of lifting 23 kg unassisted
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision
- Effective written and oral communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
